Our games are made to bring children, their friends and families together in shared experiences. We strive to make our games a force for good, and give children something of value that will enhance their lives.

Our pillars are the supporting structures for all our games and our work environment. We use them to secure a consistency among all our games. Over time they will strengthen the trust our players have in us and our games, and also help set their expectations for the kind of experiences they will get. We believe that by practicing our pillars we will foster a healthy work environment, that will be reflected in the quality of our games.

Our games are havens for social and playful experiences that caters for everyone. Our company is a culturally diverse community of creative talents, where everyone’s contribution is valuable.

Our games are designed to encourage prosocial behaviour, and enabling players to form and nurture friendships. Through shared goals, players learn about the value of teamwork, communication and empathy. Our work environment is one that nurtures trusting and respectful relationships, where it is safe to tell the truth, and where talented people are loyal to one another and their collective work.

Failure is a natural part of the game experience. It teaches us how to play, and prepares us for handling failures in life. Failure informs our future decisions, and by failing fast and cheap we stay innovative.

Our games provides a safe environment where players can learn to be accountable for their own actions. Everyone at the company has the autonomy to develop one’s self, to increase one’s knowledge, improve one’s skills and bear responsibility for one’s conduct.
